Born in Breda, NL, Cecile Noldus studied visual art in Tilburg and Media-technology in Hilversum. She learned and worked at Toonder Studios, NL, made films for Sesame Street NL, for VPRO-TV and created independent films as well. Since 1995 she lives in Hamburg, Germany. She made several commissioned animated shorts and the animated serial “Susi Schraube” for Sesame Street. The pilot project “Freddy´s Crazy Kitchen” was rewarded “film of the month” and was rated “especially worthwhile” by the FBW, the german film rewarding institute. Cecile works as an artist, animator and professor for animation art at several faculties.
